(I) Seven days no-reason-return
(1) All formal products of Mageline official mall support no-reason-return within seven days
(2) After purchasing the goods that support no-reason-return within seven days, you can apply for no-reason-return within seven days after the actual date of receipt. When returning the goods, if there is a gift in the order, please return it together. See the product detail page.
(II) Return process
1. To apply for return, you can contact our customer service through online customer service, telephone and E-mail.

(2) To apply for online return and exchange, please log in and click "My Account - My Bill > Unfinished Order > After-sales Service > Select After-sales Service Type ", and submit the application after selecting the after-sales type by your needs. We will try our best to solve relevant problems for you.
2. When returning the goods, if there is a gift in the order, please return it together.
3. For the return caused by allergies, please provide the relevant proof issued by major hospitals.
4. All returned products of non-quality problems must ensure the packaging integrity (product packaging without deformation, intact plastic film package and anti-counterfeiting code).
(III) Non-support for no-reason-return
1. All the products titled with“sample” and “trial” without quality problems do not support the no-reason-return. Please pay attention to the product title, and confirm the goods that should not be returned when purchasing.
2. No-reason-return is not supported in the following conditions:
(1) The formal products sold at the Mageline's official mall do not support trial for safety and health reasons. All marked products will not be returned once they are opened.
(2) The outer packaging, accessories, instructions and anti-counterfeiting code of the products are incomplete; the product gifts (coupons) need to be returned together with the main products; the products in the gift package or the kit cannot be partially returned or exchanged.
(3) Products that are beyond the exchanging or returning period committed by the website.
(4) Any product quality problem caused by abnormal use and storage.
3. Any product not sold by Mageline Official Mall.
4. If you question the product quality in use, please present a written appraisal. Lefeng will handle it in accordance with national provision of laws.
5. Other situations not within the scope of return or exchange according to laws.
(IV) Return and exchange [cost description]
For the product return or exchange due to the Mageline official mall, please mail the products to us. We will reimburse the return expenses (up to 20 yuan) by transfering the payment to your designated account (Alipay, WeChat wallet, bank card). (Please inform the customer service when you apply for refund or exchange). For the product return or exchange not caused by the mall, the delivery cost shall be borne by the customer.
What are the payment methods?
Hello, there are two payment methods: online payment (including Alipay, WeChat, UnionPay); and cash on delivery.
How long will the goods be delivered after an order is placed?
The goods will be arranged to exit the warehouse in 1-2 days after the order is placed, and to be delivered within 2-6 days, subject to specific logistics conditions. After the exiting the warehouse, a short message note of logistics number will be sent to you.

If you want an invoice, please tick the required invoice when you place the order, and indicate the invoice title and company tax number. Order modification or cancellation?
You may not modify or cancel the order unless you contact the online or telephone customer service for processing. Tips: When placing an order, please check the ordering information to avoid delaying your receipt. If the order is “in delivery/out of stock” status, no modification or cancellation can be made.
How to handle refund/when the refund will be credited into account?
If you need a refund, please contact the online customer service to cancel the order and arrange refund for you.The refund will be transferred to the account in about one week.
What express delivery is used?
By default, SF Express will be used. For the unaccessible places for SF Express, we will switch to STO Express, YTO, and EMS etc.
How long can we receive the goods after placing the order?
Generally, the ex-warehouse will be arranged in 1-2 days after the order is placed, and the goods will be delivered within 2-6 days, subject to specific logistics conditions. After the ex-warehouse, the logistics number will be sent to you through a text message.
Why the express delivery tracking record is not displayed?
Express delivery tracking record will be available 1 day after the goods are shipped. Please wait patiently;
If the logistics tracking record is not available for a long time, please contact customer service online or by phone.
Can I use the product during pregnancy?
Skin care products only act on your skin surface and will not enter your blood circulation. Pregnant women are not recommended to use products containing essential oils, vitamin A or vitamin A derivatives. If you have concerns, please follow the doctor's advice. Pregnant women are not recommended to use makeup, perfume, or nail polish products!
How to identify the authenticity?
